9 November 2009 National Agency for Tourism in Republic of Buryatia is awarded with ANTOR prize as the best regional department for tourism in Russia.
By the decision of ANTOR convention from 19 November 2009 National Agency for Tourism in Republic of Buryatia is awarded with ANTOR prize as the best regional department for tourism in Russia.
On 21 January 2010 the head of National Agency for Tourism in Republic of Buryatia Lyudmila B. Maksanova will take part in awards ceremony named after Barbanash Lakatosh, which will be bestowed for the first time.
ANTOR prize (Russia) is named after Barbanash Lakatosh, who for many years had been a representative of Hungary tourism in USSR and then was an initiator of ANTOR establishment in Russian Federation and the first chairman of the Association.
Ivan Rona, the head of Hungary National Tourist Office, will also come for the prize bestowing in Moscow. Due to his active contribution the idea of ANTOR prize named after B. Lakatosh was realized.

In 2006 ANTOR delegation visited Republic of Buryatia under exploratory trip, which was organized by the Russia Federal Agency for Tourism. ANTOR members had a chance to be assured in high professionalism of management and specialists of National Agency for Tourism in Republic of Buryatia, their sincere concernment in tourist product of Buryatia promotion and also their genuine national hospitality. All the members of ANTOR have decided that laureate of the first ANTOR prize should become National Agency for Tourism in Buryatia headed by Lyudmila B. Maksanova.
